Cara McMannis               Pembina Valley     Forward     St. Scholastica Saints
Cara is one of the hardest working players in the MFMHL. She is a 3 year player in the league and is known for her strong 2-way play however can contribute offensively as is shown by being 3rd on the Hawks in points during their double championship season. (player profile link below)

Shaye Nelissen              Central Plains         Defense     Wisconsin-Superior Yellowjackets
Shaye is a 3 year player with the Capitals who was instrumental in their 2nd place league finish and making the Provincial Championship playoff round. She is the Caps all-time leading scorer at this time and holds all team records for defense in goals and points. A solid defensive player with a very good shot and offensive abilities.
