Offensive Player of the Week - Karissa Kirkup - #11 - 1st year Forward - Westman Wildcats
Kirkup regularly contributes to the Wildcat offense however this weekend picked up a hattrick to lead her team past the CP Capitals in MFMHL action.To date she has 19 points in 23 games for Westman with 12 being goals. Karissa lives in Virden and maintains a 95% average in school. As a bantam Kirkup was select to attend Hockey Manitoba's Spring Under 18 POE camp.

Defensive Player of the Week - Lindy Brunet - #18- 3rd year Defense - Pembina Valley Hawks
Brunet is a solid defender who had 2 assists and was plus 3 in the Hawks 5-2 victory over the Eastman Selects this past weekend. Brunet was part of Team Central's Gold Medal winning team at the Manitoba Games last March in Portage la Prairie and also made the Final 40 for Hockey Manitoba's Under 18 Female POE.See Player Profile:
