Abby Cathcart - Goalie -  Yellowhead Chiefs # 33

Cathcart who hails from Neepawa is in Grade 12. During her last start she stopped 43 of 44 pucks fired her way to pick up a 2-1 win over defending MFMHL and Provincial Champs Pembina Valley, handing them their first MFMHL loss of the season. Cathcart has played over 1300 minutes for the Chiefs to date and has an impressive 2.44 GAA and a 92 Save%.

Offensive Players of the Week

Sasha Lemoine # 16 & Kaelyn Lemoine # 6 - Forwards - Yellowhead Chiefs

The Lemoines each had a goal and an assist in the 2-1 win over Pembina Valley. Sasha is a Grade 11 student at St. Lazare while Kaelyn attends grade 12 at St. Lazare. To date Sasha has 37 points (25 G and 12 A) to lead the Chiefs in scoring while Kaelyn has 35 points to sit 3rd in team scoring (14 G and 21 A).
