ASHLEIGH BRYKALIUK - WESTMAN WILDCATS

Ashleigh Brykaliuk of the Westman Wildcats has been voted by the members of the MFMHL as the 2013 Most Valuable Player. Brykaliuk helped the Wildcats to a solid second place standing in the regular season and the MFMHL Playoff Final. This past season Brykaliuk was 3rd in MFMHL regular season scoring and 3rd in playoff scoring while playing huge minutes on the powerplay and penalty for the Wildcats.

Brykaliuk who has tremendous speed and skill is a member of Hockey Manitoba`s Program of Excellence U18 Provincial Team (Silver at 2012 U18 Nationals) and Hockey Canada`s U18 National Team (Gold at 2013 U18 World Championship). Brykaliuk has commited to play hockey for the NCAA D1 University of Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs starting next season.
