The MFMHL Selkirk Keystone Source for Sports-Reebok Player of the Week is Forward Jalin Adams of the Yellowhead Chiefs. Adams scored the winning goal in both of the Chiefs games over the weekend as she notched the only goal in a 1-0 victory over the previously unbeaten league leading Pembina Valley Hawks and then added an assist on the first goal vs. the Winnipeg Ice before scoring the game winner in a 3-1 decision. The second year midget has scored 4 goals and added 6 assists in MFMHL play while for the season she has 15 points as she has scored 8 goals and picked 7 assists.

Adams is a grade 11 student who attends Neepawa Area Collegiate where she is a Honour Student and has been selected to represent the Parkland Region at the 2014 Powersmart Manitoba Winter Games in March.
