The MFMHL congratulates forward Ashton Bell on her outstanding achievement of being selected to the IIHF U18 World Championship Tournament All-star Team. Bell who hails from Deloraine Mb is in her third year with the Westman Wildcats. In 5 games at the World Championship Bell scored 3 goals and added 3 assists for 6 points and was a plus 6 in helping Canada to a Silver Medal.

Central Plains Forward Sheridan Oswald, Westman Wildcats Forward Ashton Bell and Yellowhead Chiefs Defense Jalyn Elmes represented Canadda at the IIHF U18 World Hockey Championships in St. Catharines Ontario and earned a Silver Medal after a tough 3-2 OT loss to the USA.
