FOUILLARD COMMITS TO ALBERTA

The MFMHL is pleased to announce that Yellowhead Chiefs forward Hannah Fouillard has committed to attend school at and play hockey for the University of Alberta located in Edmonton Alberta commencing the  2016-17 season. The Pandas play in the Canada West Conference of the CIS and have won several CIS Championships under the guidance of long time coach Howie Draper.

Fouillard an assistant captain for the Chiefs hails from St Lazare and is in her 4th year with the Chiefs playing 191 games in her career to date scoring 48 goals and adding 61 assists for 109 points.  This season Fouillard earned a spot on Hockey Manitoba's Program of Excellence U18 Team and helped the team earn a Silver medal at Hockey Canada's U18 National Championship.  Known for her speed and relentless hard work Fouillard was the Chiefs Rookie of the Year in 2012-2013 and last season was recognized as the teams Unsung Hero and Top Playoff Performer.
