DANIELLE BONOT-SCHMIDT - GOALIE OF THE MONTH - JANUARY
The MFMHL is pleased to announce that  Danielle Bonot-Schmidt of the Winnipeg Avros has been selected as the GDI Goalie of the Month.   Bonot-Schmidt, a grade 12 student from Winnipeg, played 5 of 8 games for the Avros during the month of January and only allowed 2 goals during that period while recording three shut out wins for her team.  During the month Bonot-Schmidt had a 0.40 GAA and a save % of 0.975 and currently sits second in the league with an overall GAA of 1.39 while sporting a solid  save% of .924.  Bonot-Schmidt has committed to attend school at and play hockey at the University of Calgary in the fall of 2018.

SADIE McINTOSH - GOALIE OF THE MONTH - DECEMBER

The MFMHL is pleased to announce that Sadie McIntosh of the Yellowhead Chiefs for being selected as the GDI Goalie of the Month for December.

McIntosh, a grade 11 student attending Neepawa Area Collegiate Institute, won both games she started during the month.  McIntosh posted a GAA of 1.0  in the month and a Save % of .959%.  For the season McIntosh has a stingy 1.37 GAA and 0.936% Save percentage in MFMHL play.

HALLE OSWALD - GOALIE OF THE MONTH - NOVEMBER

The MFMHL is pleased to announce that Halle Oswald of the Pembina Valley Hawks has been selected as the GDI Goalie fo the Month for November.Oswald who hails from Sanford is in her  third year with the Hawks and continues to be a huge asset between the pipes. Oswald helped the Hawks to 4 wins in the month of November by posting 2 shutouts allowing only 2 goals in 4 games. Oswald is a great leader and shows it on the ice by doing everything she can to help get the Hawks a win.  Oswald made 79 saves and had a 0.975 save percentage during the month. Oswald's talents have earned her other notable ackowledgement as she was selected for this season's U18 Team Manitoba, U18 Team Canada and recently committed to attend school at and play hockey for the University of Alberta.

TORI EILERS - GOALIE OF THE MONTH - OCTOBER

The MFMHL is pleased to annnounce that Veteran Yellowhead Chiefs goaltender Tori Eiliers has been selected as the GDI Goalie of the Month for October. Eilers has played six games this season, leading the Chiefs to five wins including one shutout.  Eilers has a GAA  of 1.34 and Save% of .948 both second in the MFMHL while leading the league with 5 wins.  Eilers who hails from Virden MB is a three time honours student who attends Virden Collegiate where she is a multi-sport athlete who hopes to continue to play hockey in U-Sport (CIS) as she achieves her academic goals.
